Masrura Oishi is a social innovation practitioner with experience in designing and implementing social change initiatives. She is a Manager, Innovation Ecosystem and Partnerships at BRAC Social Innovation Lab focusing on technology adaptation in challenging contexts. She is currently a Masters candidate at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, focusing on Business for Social Impact and International Organizations. Oishi is also the Founder of Baak, a mentorship network for adolescent girls in Bangladesh.
She spent last summer at the MIT D Lab, supporting in research for Problem Framing Toolkit for social entrepreneurs in Kenya and India. Her current research focuses on impact measurement practices in edtech investing in Kenya
