Minh is the Regional Chief Operating Officer of Generation in Europe based in Paris. Generation was founded in 2015 and it is a training-for-employment NGO serving the unemployed and other vulnerable groups of people. So far, it has trained and placed over 70,000 learners in 17 countries including 8 in the Global South. Prior to Generation, Minh was the Managing Director of the INSEAD MBA Programme. Minh has over 20 years of experience in various sectors including investment banking at JP Morgan, development finance at the World Bank and consulting at PlaNet Finance Advisory prior to joining the skills development sector at Generation.
