Dr Imran Matin is currently the Executive Director of BIGD (BRAC Institute of Governance and Development) which is a research and post graduate education institute at BRAC University. BIGD focuses on generating high quality evidence and insights based on field research on governance and development challenges and interventions. Prior to his current role, he worked with BRAC, Save the Children International and Innovations for Poverty Action. Dr Matin holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Sussex, UK
